About the job

The Customer Service Officer will ensure all patrons receive the highest possible level of service. This position operates primarily from the front desk, and requires a complete knowledge and understanding of reception / customer service. They are responsible for cash handling, telephone operation, program bookings and memberships. The Customer Service Officer will possess excellent customer service skills, organisational skills and enjoy working in a service-orientated role.

This Customer Service Officer will require the suitable candidate to work similar hours to – 2.5hrs  x 3 days  (3.30pm-6.00pm)

The successfully appointed applicant will be required to adhere to the Safeguarding Children and Young People policies and practices which include; safeguarding children and young people induction, annual SCYP training programs & committing to upholding the safety and wellbeing of children and young people throughout terms of employment.
