Emerald Tree is seeking an organisational psychologist (or someone who is psychology registered with eap experience) to join our team in Geelong West!

 

About the Role:

This is a contractor position with a minimum of 2 days per week (employee position maybe considered) offering some flexibility of hours. This role is onsite only and focuses on supporting our EAP services.

 

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ AHPRA-registered Psychologist (specialisation in organisational psychology preferred)

✔️ Experience in workplace interventions & coaching

✔️ ABN & insurance

 

Essential Selection Criteria:

Police and working with children’s check (or willingness to obtain these).

2-3 years Counselling experience (not suitable to new graduates).

Full registration with professional body (APHRA).

 

Eligibility for Medicare provider number.

 

Ability to manage administrative and documentation requirements. As this role requires report writing and documentation, you will need a firm grasp of English and computer-based documentation.

 

A demonstrated commitment to professional development, networking and positive contributionsto previousroles. .
